Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
Slice the sourdough bread into 1-inch thick slices and lay them on a baking sheet.
Generously brush each slice with the garlic butter mixture.
Bake the bread for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
Notes
For extra crunch, broil for 1-2 minutes after baking, but be sure to watch it carefully to avoid burning.
