Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • optional for garnish Fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly on both sides of the chicken breasts.
  • In a shallow bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  • Brush each chicken breast with melted butter and olive oil. Dip each piece into the Parmesan mixture, pressing to coat well.
  • Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Cook the chicken breasts for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove the chicken from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

For a lighter version, you can substitute the butter with olive oil, and for a gluten-free version, use gluten-free breadcrumbs.
