Ingredients
  

  • 8 large Eggs
  • ½ cup Heavy cream
  • ½ cup Shredded cheese
  • ½ cup Chopped vegetables
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil or non-stick spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin with olive oil or non-stick spray.
  • Whisk the eggs in a large bowl, then add the heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Stir in the shredded cheese and chopped vegetables. Customize with any vegetables or meats you prefer.
  • Spoon the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until firm to the touch.
  • Remove from the oven and allow the egg bites to cool slightly before serving.
